All bids placed are binding and are considered a commitment to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. Once a bid is placed and credits are deducted, the credits are non-refundable, regardless of the auction outcome (whether you are outbid or win).
If you are the winning bidder of an auction, your bid amount will be automatically deducted from your credits. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, must also be paid using credits or other specified payment methods. Failure to complete payment for a won auction or associated costs may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of the won item.
All auction results are final. Musical Directions reserves the right to cancel or suspend any auction in its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to technical issues, suspicious activity, or errors. In such cases, affected credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
